The nature of our products
Every Addictimon pack is a sealed product. Each listing states exactly what the pack is guaranteed to contain, and which specific card is inside is unknown until you open it. That is the product. The value of a pack lies in it being sealed: opening it is using the product as intended, and an opened pack can never again be what it was.

Returns and cancellation
If you buy as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Email us within those 14 days with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days after that. You pay return postage. We inspect every return and refund what actually comes back, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving it.
Before you open anything: the law allows us to reduce a refund by the amount an item's value has been diminished by handling beyond what was needed to examine it. Opening a sealed pack diminishes its value completely — the sealed, unknown pack is the product, and once opened it has been used. For an opened pack that reduction is up to the full price, so there may be little or nothing left to refund. If you think you may want to return a pack, keep it sealed.

Which card you receive
Which card a sealed pack turned out to contain is not grounds for a return or refund. Every pack contains exactly what its listing states; the specific card is part of the product.
