What exactly is in a pack?
Each product page lists the pool and the number of cards in each pack. Most packs hold one card. God Packs hold eight. Everything printed on the listing is in the pool, and nothing is held back.
How do the odds work?
Every pack line prints its odds on the product page. A random number generator assigns the cards before the pack is sealed, so every buyer gets the same chance. The full tables are on the Our Odds page.
What does Premium vs Classic mean?
Premium packs hold the top-condition cards; the exact range is printed on each pack page. Classic packs hold LP to HP preloved cards and cost less. The tier is printed on every pack.
How fast do you ship?
Free shipping. Orders usually leave London within 3 to 5 working days. It can take longer while a pool is being restocked, and the Terms page has the detail. Every card is sleeved inside its sealed pack and sent in reinforced packaging.
Can I return a pack?
Packs are sealed and the cards are assigned at random, so a pack cannot be returned because of the card you pulled. That keeps the pool fair for everyone. If something is wrong with your order, message us and we will sort it.
Are the cards authentic?
Yes. We check every card before it goes into a pool. We have made over 10,000 sales on eBay under the same name.
Do you buy cards?
