Every Addictimon pack line prints its odds on the listing. This page lists them all, exactly as printed. A random number generator assigns the cards before each pack is sealed, so every buyer gets the same chance.
How to read this. 1 in 16 means each pack has a one in sixteen chance of holding that card. The percentage is the same chance written another way.

Each pack holds one Base Set holo. The Big Three Pack narrows the pool to three cards.
